An initiative to establish a dedicated legal wing at IEB to ensure the protection of engineers facing oppression, injustice, or harassment. The goal is to create an institutional support system that stands beside members in matters involving professional duties, workplace harassment, and violations of their rights.
Group Insurance for Health Protection
An initiative to provide group medical insurance for engineers, prioritizing collective healthcare coverage to help members manage medical uncertainties and reduce the financial burden of healthcare expenses.
A Dedicated Space for Indoor Games and Healthy Recreation
An initiative to establish a dedicated floor for indoor games, providing members with their own space for sports, healthy recreation, and social interaction alongside their busy professional lives.
IEB for All, Beyond Divisions
An initiative to ensure equal rights for all engineers, regardless of whether they work in the public or private sector. The goal is to build a more inclusive IEB that values every member’s dignity, participation, and professional interests, irrespective of their educational institution.
